West 149th Brownstone

This classic brownstone, built in 1904, is nestled on a quiet tree-lined street in Hamilton Heights. The brownstone exterior is in excellent condition, and the property has a restored period-accurate front door. The interior was recently renovated but retains many original details like exposed brick, multiple fireplaces, ornate banisters, and detailed decorative molding throughout. Several of the rooms have retained their original, intricate parquet flooring with light and dark wood inlay. Featuring large spaces and lots of natural light, this brownstone is wider than most, allowing more room for crews to maneuver cameras. Three stories with both a basement and cellar, the building has five levels total. The cellar was initially smaller, but expanded and dug out deeper. The brownstone features a small two-level backyard that is meticulously maintained, as well as several large bedrooms, a large open kitchen, classic pre-war entry-way, parlor space, and family rooms.
